This Series is designed for the AR or other Semi-Auto rifles.
RECCE Division (Light Reconnaissance Rifle): Allowed: any semi-automatic rifle chambered in caliber .223/5.56 or .308/7.62x51. A single (1) supporting shooting item not attached to the rifle. This item cannot be a Bipod or Tripod. Max barrel length of 18”. Max optic is 10 power. Max muzzle velocity of 3100 fps and a max projectile weight of 178 grains. No restrictions on support gear or optics.
DMR Division (Designated Marksman Rifle):Allowed: any semi-automatic rifle chambered in caliber .223/5.56 or .308/7.62x51. Max muzzle velocity of 3100 fps and a max projectile weight of 178 grains. No restrictions on support gear or optics.
Sniper Class:
Sniper rifles may be any caliber other than .223/5.56 or .308/7.62x51 or bolt guns of any caliber. Max muzzle velocity of 3100 fps and a max projectile weight of 178 grains. No restrictions on support gear or optics.
The courses of fire range from 100 to 700 yards. The stages may have restricted round counts and time limits. Stages may require pistols – this will be promoted prior to the match. The stages require safe movement, non-standard firing positions, moving targets and varying distances.
Targets are typically steel - moving and reactive.
This is a sponsored series, and prizes may be awarded at matches to shooters in each class, with some prizes awarded by raffle to attending shooters.
